Low ash content (0.3-0.7%) allows you to minimise the cleaning needs of your boiler, and high calorific value (17.5mj) guarantees efficient heat and warmth for your home.
Comes on a pallet in 15 kg bags (70 bags in total).
Delivery is usually 3-5 days. Please feel free to specify desired delivery date in the comment box on your order!

Lorry Specifications have to be left in the comment box before the check out! If you do not specify the lorry size, we will not be able to redeliver, and will have to leave the pallet as close to yo your property as possible.
Due to strict regulation from the Road Haulage Association (RHA), it is no longer possible to request 7.5 tonne vehicle, unless The customer can supply their own forklift in order to unload the product. Order which have request 7.5t vehicle will be sent a 18.5 tone vehicle unless stated in the notes section that customer will supply their own forklift.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DELIVERY IS KERBSIDE ONLY! IF CUSTOMER IS NOT HOME TO EXCEPT THE DELIVERY OR REFUSES THE DELIVERY, THE REFUND ON GOODS WILL BE MADE LESS THE DELIVERY CHARGE!!!

The pellets are great, however there were 17 bags damaged, which split open on the pallet while in transit, this was noted by the driver from Ramage transport co.

Ordered full pallet at a very good price. Communication from Premier fuels excellent and instant refund for damaged bags caused in transit. Could only recommend very highly.

Pellets
Seam really good quality pellets in good packaging. Haven't had them in the stove yet. Unfortunately a number of bags arrived wet on the outside, one bag had been burst and a number of pellets swollen up. Probably delivery issues. Looks like had been stored outside in the rain at some point.

Wood Pellets
We have only been using these for a week but the boiler appears to be functioning well with them. The pellets are light in colour (low bark) and pretty much dust free. We are currently happy with them and as long as their performance remains good we will be ordering again.
